ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS
How far is it to the nearest town/village?
Leiston (2 miles) – here you will find some shops including a butcher & green grocer, coop mini market, small cinema, leisure centre with indoor pool & gym.
Aldeburgh – (5 miles) – Aldeburgh is a popular coastal seaside town with numerous shops, cafes and restaurants.
Is there a bus service nearby?
There is no bus service directly to or from the holiday park however buses can be found in Leiston (2 miles).
Do we need a car to get around?
It is best to have a car to enable you to visit the local area, there are lost of cycle tracks from the holiday park however these are best accessed with mountain bikes or off road bikes.
Can you swim in the sea?
YES – The beach is just a short walk down the public foot path. It is fine to swim in the sea (we advise only swimming if you are competent swimmers, children should be accompanied and watched at all times as there are no life guards).
