Camping Suffolk Coast
Our campsite on the Suffolk Coast is set on an open, level, field. We have 50 touring caravan and camping pitches suitable for touring caravans, motor homes and campervans. Beach View is ideally situated next to a lovely beach with just a short walk down to the beach via the coastal footpath. Our campsite is the perfect base for touring caravan, campervan and motorhome holidays on the Suffolk Coast. Our location between Thorpeness and RSPB Minsmere, means there is plenty to see and do, including bird watching, coastal walks, sea fishing from the beach, and cycling one of the many cycle routes. Comprehensive campsite facilities include a heated toilet and shower block, laundry room, accessible toilet with disabled friendly wet-room shower, family room with mini bath and baby change. As we are a non commercial holiday park, we do not have loud music or entertainment. However we do have a family games room with pool table, table tennis and table football, there is also a beach side clubhouse with a bar and cafe open 6 days throughout the summer months.

Camping site located just 100m walk down to the beach.

How To Book Online
Please ensure you have selected the correct numbers of guests in the search bar on the booking page!
Use the menu drop downs to add: adults, children, dogs (max 2 dogs permitted) > click ‘Search’ to update the prices > select your pitch either ‘Standard’ or ‘Fully-Serviced’ click ‘book now’ > add optional extras e.g. awning, porch awning etc > click ‘confirm & continue’ to complete booking.
SUMMER HOLIDAYS – Limited number of short break pitches (of minimum 2 nights or longer) once these are all booked only longer breaks 5 / 6 / 7 + nights options are available.
SEASONAL PITCHES 2024 – ALL SOLD (Call 01728830724 to register for 2025).
NO ‘GROUP BOOKINGS’ of more than three pitches this includes bookings made on-line.
We occasionally make exceptions for organised rallies. Organised rallies are strictly on a pre-arranged basis and only during ‘Low Season’ dates.
IMPORTANT NOTE – Motorhomes/RV’s as we are on septic tanks we do not have a drive over emptying point on site as we do not have capacity for motorhomes/RV’s to empty full on-board waste water tanks.
FAQ's?
NO – WE DO NOT take family tents or trailer tents. Our pitches are for caravans, motorhomes and campervans only.
We do not pre-allocate pitches, our site warden will allocate a pitch on your arrival on the touring site.
Please ensure you notifiy us in advance if you need to be pitched close to the disabled toilet facilities.
Check-in is from 12 (MIDDAY) – Please ensure you arrive before 6pm in the summer and by 4pm in autumn/winter.
Check-out is by 11AM – Please ensure you vacate your pitch by 11AM.
Late stays can be arranged with reception subject to availability. Late stays cost £10, stay until 5pm relax for the afternoon.
NO – Beach View is just a small site, we do not allow groups or bookings of more than 3 pitches.
YES – We have wifi internet provided by Camping Connect, the system is self service, just connect to ‘Beach View Wifi’ and the Camping Connect login page will allow you to choose from various options to get online. (Please note there is additional charge for wifi).
Our campsite is just 100metres walk along the public footpath down to the beach.
YES – Subject to availability you can add a late stay (stay until 5pm ) for the additional cost of £10, please arrange this at reception.
