Our Managed Rental Scheme is now closed however we do permit holiday lodge owners to sub-let on a holiday basis through one of the local Suffolk based holiday lettings agents. Weekly rentals of between £380 (off peak) up to £1000 (July and August) are achievable and you can potentially earn a significant annual return from your investment.
